MT-300 Details

MT-300 is for those who have decided to prepare their own chapter 7 bankruptcy forms by themselves without the aid of a full service bankruptcy preparer or attorney. We recommend that you do not tackle the mountains of paperwork by yourself but if that is what you have decided to do, them MT-300 is for you. In addition to means testing, we are also a full service preparation company. For a list of other good bankruptcy preparers, look at the resource links at the bottom of this page.

MT-300 is the same as MT-200 with the added benefit that we also include the full 6 page Form 22A, which is the document that contains the detailed results of the means test and is one of the official bankruptcy forms that you must file. Form 22A is the most detailed and difficult form to prepare in the bankruptcy document set and that is why we include it. You will still have to prepare the other 45 to 75 pages of paperwork in order to file your bankruptcy.

You can upgrade from MT-300 to MT-400 by paying only the difference. (If you are upgrading from MT-300, simply logon and click the upgrade button.)
